Led by trained YMCA instructors, LiveSTRONG® at the YMCA focuses on:
- Building strength, endurance, and flexibility through customized exercise plans
- Improving balance, mobility, and overall well-being
- Reducing fatigue and improving energy levels
- Offering emotional support and a sense of community
LiveSTRONG® at the YMCA is open to adult cancer survivors at any stage of their journey, whether currently undergoing treatment or years into survivorship.
